Im Nathan, the founder of Big Lift. Up until the last year I have always been hit and miss when it comes to the gym. I am either all in or all out and have been since I was sixteen (now 35). Never getting the work/life balance right. I have always joked that the only thing I am consistant in, is being inconsistant when in comes to training and my job.

In 2020 and 2021 I went through what was, for me, a life changing situation and have worked to change my mindset, be more focused and, you guessed it, be more consistant with my training. This has taken time to work through some things but during 2023 I found myself getting to the gym more and actually seeing some progress.

My consistancy has continually improved over the last few months, partly due to working on Big Lift and wanting to use it myself for motivation and also get myself healthier. My own personal bests are increasing and I can now proudly show off my own PB’s.

These barbells can be used for many things:

• Motivation to keep going to the gym.
• Target setting. Beat your own personal best.
• Show off to friends.
• It can be a nice display piece.
• A cool paperweight for your office.
• An awesome fidget toy! (My daughter would 100% agree, she loves playing with them).
